Major Industries Training Advisory Council is a not for profit organisation funded by the Northern Territory Government.
We provide information, advice and services to the Northern Territory Government, industry, training providers and the public on vocational training and related issues.
The industries under our scope include some of the major drivers of the Northern Territory economy such as mining, construction and utilities.
A Voice for Industry
We rely on consulting with businesses large and small to discover the issues affecting the recruitment, skills development and retention of employees.
We attempt to present industry needs to government thus enabling a coherent strategy for industry growth.
