PROBLEMS USING THE EPIC PROFILING SITE?
A number of people are calling in because they are experiencing a problem using the EPIC profiling system for UTE99 (pre 2009 start of training) System Electricians.
The symptom is:
They can't log on but when they go to use the site none of the drop down menus work.
The most likely cause is:
The person has upgraded their version of Internet Explorer from Version 7 to Version 8 (this may have been done deliberately or as part of automatic upgrades depending on how their PC is configured).
The fix is:
Follow the instructions that appear on the EPIC site seen on the right hand column of the page when you log on. They are reproduced below.
