Darwin EcoSmart Electricians Training Program
EcoSmart Electricians is the name of the national training and accreditation program that NECA has developed for licensed electricians in energy efficient electrical products, technologies and installations.
The training course is designed to familiarise electricians with the latest regulatory requirements related to energy efficiency, energy efficient products and technology. Installation issues will also be explored, together with case studies and other tools to equip electricians to advise and market energy efficient solutions to customers - be they domestic, commercial or industrial.

SkillsDMC & Department of Planning and Infrastructure Productivity Places Program (PPP) Project - NT


Twenty participants from the Department of Planning and Infrastructure commenced their Certificate IV in Civil Design and Civil Supervision on Monday 23rd of February under the Productivity Placements Program funding allocation through SkillsDMC. They are a diverse group with male and female participants, both Indigenous and non Indigenous, from regional , urban and remote areas. Participants range in age from 18 upwards.
